This long par 4 hole turns to the south and the general lie of the land is
from left to right. The bunker short and right of the green can therefore
easily catch your second shot as can the greenside bunker for the longer
hitters.
Pro’s tip:
A daunting tee shot for the left to right golfer. There are magnificent views
across Hove to the sea and the
Shoreham power station chimney acts as an excellent marker. Aim at this to leave a long second
shot to a large green. For those fortunate enough to get on in two it leaves a hard 2 putt
